Lily Spitz is a photographer based in Los Angeles. She received a B.A. in Art from UCLA in 2014. She characterizes her practice as a visual diary and archive, documenting daily observations and family life. Spitz has also published photo zines “24h” and “DRY CLEANERS;” the latter was launched at Printed Matter’s LA Art Book Fair at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in August 2023. She curated the photography exhibition “Emerging” at Heavy Manners, Los Angeles in July 2022. Her work has been exhibited in Los Angeles at Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery, Heavy Manners, Punto Lairs inc, TWNHLL, 1748 Adams, pehrspace, and the UCLA New Wight Gallery.
